I'm afraid of the cost--I have insurance which prefers generic Phentermine HCL over Adipex-P. How much did you pay for either with your insurance? I can't find any info anywhere....

Fortunately, it is a fairly cheap drug, and both you named contain the exact same active ingredient, whether brand name or generic. My guess is under $25 per month for a generic version.

I remember reviewing websites while it was not yet illegal,who were selling 30 days' worth for $300.00!!! YIKERS!

I pay $37 a month with insurance. It is not the generic. My endocrinologist normally starts with brand name. He feels there are less "fillers" to deal with in the meds.

I'm paying $25.00 per week. The clinic runs specials every few weeks. The last special was "pay for 2 months & get 1 month free." My health insurance will not pay for it.

I've never seen it done that way(weekly costs)... my doctor calls in the prescription to the pharmacy. I pay the doctor my normal co-pay(monthly visits) then pay the pharmacy $37.00 for the meds.

Wow, you're lucky to have your insurance pay any of it! Mine doesn't.

I've paid anywhere between about $27 at Sam's Club for the generic to $46 at Walmart for Adipex, for a month's supply.
