Okay heres an update...
Day 40 (33 of them on Phen) and I'm @ 235.
So far I've lost 22lbs.
My waist went from a 42 to a 38. I can finally wear my good clothes again.
I'm still get stronger in the gym and I've been doing 12 Min cardio for 2 weeks. Its getting easier. I'm not up to 20+ minutes but I'll get there.
What I'm most proud is that I've only had ONE cheat meal!!!!!!
I went to Micasitas, had 2 Chicken Quesadillas and Chips with Cheese Dip and sweet tea. I thought I missed the sweet tea but I was wrong, It gave me heartburn immediately.
