OPPS I was looking at ur post from feb. I wrote this big long thread. u have lost so much weight in such a little amt of time kudos!!!

Well its day 61.

I'm now at 227lbs, thats a 30lb loss.

Seems like the weight loss is slowing down but I'm still losing body fat. My Arms,chest,shoulders and legs are becoming fuller. Maybe thats why the weight is slowing down.

I wanted to be @ 215 in 3 months so looks like i'm on my way to that goal.


Pills still seem to curb my cravings and give me the yuck mouth!

U will get there no doubt! Are you switching up ur routine? Thats important every couple of mths b/c ur body gets used to stuff. Of course u probably know more than me.

Yeah I'm sleeping better, except for last night. I tossed and turned all night. Got maybe 3 hours sleep. But I still got up @ 5am to hit the gym.
