So today is day one of my Phentermine expierence. I've been taking fat burners (stackers, Lipo6, Hydroxycut etc) off and on for yrs. Will i see the energy spikes that these guys gave me? Or will it be constant energy throughout the day.

My story is, my wife went back to nursing school so I had to quit the gym. Since then I've put on 35 lbs!!!!

I just started back last week. Lift hard 5 days a week. I havent started Cardio yet. Eat 6 times a day 3 of them Protein drinks. No Soda, candy or any junk food.

Is anyone else going this "hardcore" while on it? If so what results have you seen? Is this truley better than any of the mentions fat burners?

Thanks

Okay, I'm going to tackle your questions.

First off, welcome to the board!! And congrats for starting your journey back to good health with Phen and exercise!!

My experience in the beginning with Phen was energy throughout the entire day. Of course it was at it's peak in the morning but even in the evening, no matter what I was doing it was magnified! Do expect these effects to wear off over time.

You seem to have your eating down... no more soda... perfect!! Way to go getting back into the gym!! You should look at replacing a few of those lifting days with cardio days. Otherwise, you'll be strong but still retain the fat. The only way to lose the inches is with cardio. Plus, when we lift, we tear the muscles... you need to give your muscles time to heal.

Congrats again!! Keep up the excellent work!!

Yeah I'll be adding cardio here soon. I give each bodypart 48 hours to repair itself.
Mon - Back and Bis, abs
Tues Chest and Tris
Wed Legs, abs
Thurs - Shoulders
Fri - Bi's Tri's abs

I'll be throwing cardio in at the end of each day. When I get mu routine\time back in order.

Thanks for the support!

Nice schedule!!

To answer the question in your first post...

I think I'm fairly 'hardcore' in this journey. I'm typically at the gym 6 days a week. Kickboxing 4 days a week, anywhere from 1-2 mile run on the treadmill on those same days as well. 2 days a week are strength and interval training.

I don't take any fat burners per se... but I do take CLA daily.

You're going to do well!! I look forward to following your progress!!

Update:
I started the Gym @ 257lbs.

I worked out 1 week prior to getting Phen, I lost 5lbs that week.
This week while taking phen I lost 4lbs.

Now I'm at 248. (Still lots to go)
I've went down 2 notches on my belt.

My first few days on it, I didnt notice that much of a difference in energy levels or hunger control.

Then it started to kick in, I noticed that when I was up and doing something, my energy levels were high. And I only get hungry around 5pm. I take phen @6am.

I tried one day of cardio after my workout and my heart rate was at 198!!!! I had to really slow it down. I've never had it that high. So I'll try cardio again in the coming week.

Thanks for the support
rj
