I haven't been sleeping and I need my sleep!!! I take my phen very early in the morning around 7:00 am but alas I still can't sleep at night around 10:30 pm or so. I don't drink or eat anything with caffeine. I guess my body is very sensitive to phen and holds on to it. My doctor wants to switch me to Didrex. It has a life span of about 4 hours in the system. I would have to take up to 3 pills. Anyone take Didrex?

Did you ever try waking at 5 am to take your phentermine, then back to sleep? And did you try 1/2 pill rather than 1 whole one(assuming it was the 37.5 mg pill)?

Didrex CAN be taken morning and afternoon. Your doc may be willing to let you skip the supper dose, which could help your sleep. Let us know what you try~

I haven't been on the boards lately super stress at the job Uugh!! My doc gave me the Didrex and so far so good. I'll keep you updated.
