i have been on phentermine for about three weeks. i know that there is the side effect of "dizziness", but iwas wondering if that includes the "stars" or "passing out feeling" when i stand up. i have been feeling it for a couple of days and it is very weird. i feel blood rush to my head EVERY time i stand as if i am going to pass out. Hopefully someone can answere me. thanks

have you been eating enough ? Keeping hydrated enough ?Check your blood pressure it could be related (maybe low). I've felt like passing out after getting up to fast before. Were you in a really hot room or place ?

You are better off calling the dr. and talking with him, especially if you are really concerned about it.

I actually went through that as well and it still happens from time to time. I was also getting toe cramps but I started taking magnesium and vitamin E supp. and its getting better.

Plenty of water or gaterade and vitamins to make up for the electrolite imbalance will definitely help.

Jbates, how are things with you now? I am hoping maybe a lowered initial dose might have helped. Please let us know~
