Hi,

Have only been on these one week, and have mixed thoughts. 1st couple of days masses of energy and no appetite, and then next few days really tired.

Anyway, I got meds from Doctor at Weight Loss Clinic in UK (live in UK) and just called to ask for advice and they seemed a bit confused!

I have two get a steriod injection in each elbow next week as one-offs and wanted to know if I shoudl not take pills on the day or after it. Doctor said he thinks I should stay off two days before jabs and two days after, but he was not sure!!!

Would really appreciate if someone would advise.

If I were you, I would ask a Pharmacist since, they know more than a DR. in regards to drug intereactions and such. Try to ask a pharmacist you may know. if not then any who will listen and keep trying to you find one willing to answer your questions. They can be finiky sometimes (like your bothering them with questions) that is why I say, one you already have dealings with.

Depends on the steroids. You should have no problem at all with the type that is injected for relief of arthritis or tendon pains.

But I agree that it's best to be ultra-sure. Run it past the pharmacist and he/she can look it up for you---FREE!
