So i was reading all this last night I also had heard about the lemon water so i decided to ask the doc. about it today and she says to me "combined with your LIPO shot...

About 1/2 of a lemon squeezed into a 8oz. glass of warm water
3 times a day will help break down the fat in your body."

I have some kind of Lipo capsules my doc gives me. But I squeeze fresh lemon on my chicken, fish, and veggies. You think this is good or should I do the water too?

What is a lipo shot? I think I have heard of it but never have figured out what it is?

Does it hurt?
