This is my second day on Phetermine 37.5. Yesterday, I was super jittery and energetic, and then had a crash around 6 pm, probably because I didn't eat soon enough, which I know is a big no no. Anyway, today I got up and had breakfast around 5:45 and decided to try the half a pill thing, so I took half a pill around 6:45-7. I've been drinking water all morning, but I'm on the verge of holding back from throwing up. Any suggestions? I'm not sure what 's going on, and I know this is a possible side effect, but I haven't seen many people suffering from it. Maybe there's a trick you all know that I don't

You are a smart little cookie to halve your pill. Many start out on 1/2 the 37.5 mg for a week so their bodies cn get used to the side effects.

I am in 100% agreement with Less~ You MUST eat. Optimally, 5-6 times a day, with proteins each time. They help to control your blood sugars, and keep the spiking at a minimum, thus helping to keep your appetite in better control.ALWAYS eat breakfast about an hour after your dose.
