hi everyone

i'm finishing up my prescription of 30mg phen and i'm not sure that i'll be able to get another...i've lost 15 pounds in six weeks and am really happy with the results. i'm concerned that once i stop the medication i'll gain everything back. since its an appetite suppressant only; does it make sense that if i limit myself to 1200 calories a day, i'll keep losing weight, even without the phen?

YES, you will continue to lose if you stick to a healthy plan of 1,200 calories a day. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

I don't see why not. As long as you trained yourself to healthier food choices and counting your calories. Don't forget the exercise and up to a minimum of 2 liters water a day. Water is a essencial part of any weightloss program. It is great for the skin is a natural appetite suppressant and help to flush toxins and fat away. I on acassion can hit one gallon a day of water which is my over all goal in water intake.
