I am trying to get everything worked out before I start taking phen. Alot of you say to eat a 1200 calorie diet, now if you work out 30 min. a day does this still apply or should you eat more to keep from slowing down the weight loss? I have been reading on this forum for 2 days and I feel like I know all of you. I guess in some way I do since we all share the same weight loss problems, anyway I think you guys are great the way you help each other out and I am glad to have found this site before I start taking phen.

We are glad to have you here. Eat 1,200 calories a day and don't add or minus because of exercise.

Before I began phen; I exercised and drank a ton of water. I avoided fried foods, sugar, breads and any soft drinks. I stopped eating seconds and I lost weight on my own. The phen just helps me with my cross over by allowing me to be able to choose strawberrys over cookies or salad over fries. Good luck with your weight loss and your health.

I have been working out for the last four months five days a week and I am slowly adding a little weight lifting hoping that will help to lose more in the last four months I have lose 10 pounds it just is not coming off like I want so I think with the help of the Phen and all of you great people I can get it to come down alot more!
