Has Phentermine worked for someone in the past and now doesn't work for them? What do you do now because I thought I found the best thing on Earth for weight loss?

I took Phentermine in 2000 and had great results. Looked and felt great. I maintained the weight for years. I went through a divorce in 2006-07 and gained quite a bit of weight. I started on Phentermine again but I didn't get the results. It seem to only stop me from gaining. Very little energy from it, not like before.

Hi, Kiddo. I know! It was and is a safe and effective weigh loss tool. BUT it is not the only tool.

1. Many docs who shy away from it because of misconceptions may be willing to prescribe something else that is also effective. Bontril, Tenuate, Meridia...and you can always give Phentramin-d a whirl. I felt appetite suppression with it.
2. Start your diet and begin healthy anyway. 5-6x a day, count your calories and don't go below 1,000 cal per day.
3. Make a commitment to do some sort of consistent exercise every day, even if it's only a few minutes a day. It's the consistence of it that matters.
4. Never skip breakfast.
5. Proteins each time you eat can help you feel less hungry.
6. Make a plan. Write it down and journal every single day.
7. Aim for:
3, 1/2 c. servings of different fat free dairy
3, 1/2 c servings different whole grains
6, 1/2 c. servings different vegetables, no butter, no sauces
3, 1/2 c servings different berries
2,1/2 c servings different meats, poultry, fish
2, 1/4 c servings different nuts.


DAILY DRINK 65-100 OUNCES WATER A DAY
