Hi everyone,

My name is Big Fly - I was on phentermine about four years ago and I lost 40 lbs. When I started off, my weight was at 240 lbs - when I stopped taking the pill my weight was between 200 & 190...Thats a 40 to 50 lbs weight loss swing. I was extremely happy with the results of the phentermine pill. As the years went by the weight came back on...during this time I was not on the pill, I figured I had a grip on what I was doing. However, when you get older and you get the family, kids and job-there will be times when you forget about your weight and health. I'm just happy to be back on track and im looking foward to keeping you all posted. Talk to you soon, Big Fly...

I hear yeah about after family and babies,I know, I packed it on after 4 kiddos. Dummy me never lost inbetween my pregnancies (the baby weight) So I just got bigger each time.

Go to (profile) and click on it ,above this page then click on (list messages). Otherwise if you already have a message to view and it is blinking upper left hand side (click on it) then click (on cancel) to open another window to view it.

Hello Big Fly.
Kiddo, you did it before and you can do it again. AND make it the last time you ever HAVE to diet! Do it differently. EAT HEALTHY FOODS and re-train your whole outlook and system of choice by making healthy choices a habit.

Try pre-packing tomorrow's small meals, in advance. Have a healthy 'cheat food' already made in the frig, whether it is vegetable filled salad or vegetable soups and kick up the VOLUME that way~
