Good Morning Phen Family,

Could ANYONE please be so kind enough to help me come to a conclusion to this matter.... Oh please, Oh please? .....

Could some of you guys let me know what manufacturer that you all are using for your Phentermine 37.5mg (generic for Adipex-p) and how it is working for you?... I started out with the MFG Amide ... Loooved those pills you guys... The BEST! .... For the past 2mths, my Walgreens pharmacy has changed MFG's to Caraco and they are soooo WHACK !!! ... not a good MFG on these pills at all... I am going to call my local pharmacy today to see if they can get me my original MFG back but while reading through some of these post/threads, it seems that AMIDE may no longer be making these pills or has been bought out? ... Anyone know if that is true ???? ........... Please assist, THANK YOU ALL that do !!!!

Hi, Hon. Sorry you are having such a hard time finding out answers.

Did you get this list of manufacturers? I think your pharmacist might be willing to order from a certain manufacturer if you ask them, without it costing extra.

I am now really just looking for people who use different manufacturers and what they have experienced with them? There are many one's listed but since I only have experience with Amide and Caraco, I don't really have any clue as to what to even ask the pharmacy to order for me? ... I was hoping that if some people use a certain MFG and get good results from it, then I'd kind of have an idea as to what to ask the pharmacy for, you know? ....... Thanks again !!!!

Hey, interesting thing my doc told me about any pills (especially Wal-Mart) is that the dosage varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and pharmacies such as Wal-greens are notorious for changing brands. Also, know that if you have taken phen for along time your body may grow accustomed to it so it is good to make sure you take some time off of it. If it seems like one doesn't work as well it probably doesn't work well for you. Same goes for any other pill. She told me this when my thyroid levels were out of whack and I had changed brands. Take note of what manufacturer it is and ask if they carry different make. What a doc. How many do you know will be honest about that. I don't know what else you can do other than try another pharmacy. Sorry I couldn't be more help
