I'm sure this question may have been asked before, but I am currently on antibiotics and would like to start my phentramin-D today. Is it safe to take them together? Also I go out from time to time. Is it safe to drink alcohol beverages while on them? And if not how long should I have stop taken them before I could drink? Thanks!

They should be perfectly safe with antibiotics, BUT...why don't you copy the list of ingredients and the name of your antibiotic and fax it to your pharmacist. Ask for some guidance; it's a freebie.
It's never a good idea to mix a stimulant with a depressant, so I vote no on drinking while taking it, except for perhaps one drink. The problem is that after one drink, you aren't nearly so willing to forego the 2nd.
I guess as a mother, I have to say BAD!
