Stay positive and if it is only a pound or two lost a week...just think it is something better than nothing and each pound takes you closer to your goal. When you see the scale not moving change your routine and measure yourself too. Take care!!!

Very true, I keep having to remind myself that when i get a bit discouraged at the distance I have to go...a small drop down is better than a small drop up.

That is so true...and remember some weeks will be better than most...the key is sticking with it. Have a great day today!

7 lbs is awesome water weight or not it is a loss just the same. I weigh myself once a week. I also would suggest to take some measurments so on the weeks of no loss you can compare your last set of measurements and probably will be losing inches instead. It's great for staying motivated. As for switching if it's not broke don't fix it. Just like the other ladies I think it's working great so far hang in there and only weigh yourself once a week. It's also true if your not regular then that can contribute to a lb or to of false gain as well as water weight around tom. Keep us informed and keep posting an update.

I weighed myself after a week on Friday and was 12st 7lbs.

However, I did give in a couple of days and resorted to a burger meal and had a grilled chicken on one, lol.

However, I weighed myself today at gym and was 11stones 7lbs. It was nice to see. Although, I did go to Sauna and Steam room and played football the night before.

I reckon If i weighed myself now, I will be 12 stones or just above.

I have definitely lost some lbs off my waistline, as it feels and looks slimmer. Jeans that were tight on me now fit comfortably and my 34 waist jeans now hang off a bit, lol.

My gluteus looks smaller, too.
