1st week weigh in

well finally last tues i decided to start good eating and start taking my phen regularly ... so today, a week later, i have a loss for my first week of 13.6 lbs! i still can't believe i lost that much in one week. i didnt even know that was possible. ive just been walking regularly and eating good, which doesnt mean not eating at all. im so happy and proud!!

just thought i'd share my success.

THAT IS AWESOME! You need to start a journal and keep track of everything you eat so we can get ideas from you!

Wow that is great! I was hoping to be like you and loose much more than my five lbs in the first week but considering I havent lost ANY weight in over six years my endocrinologist is very happy about my progress. Keep on doing what you are doing and you'll meet your goal in no time.
