hey whats up guys. ive been on phentramin d for about 10 days now and i have noticed a big difference in my appetite and a little with the energy. ive noticed a little changes with the way my body looks and not much on the scale. i tend to do a lot of weight training though so i guess that would explain that. i started at 220 pounds and now im about 215 or 216. ive really been watching what i eat. ive been eating alot of fruit and vegatables and lots of protein. i like the results im getting so far but i see all these other posts about people lossing weight really quick and wonder why its not the case with me. is there anything i can do to kind of speed up the process? ive always been a stocky person whos not really fat just more chubby but you can that i have a figure underneath it. i just wanna get cut a little so i can see what i look like and feel better about myself. any ideas of what im doing wrong with this product? is there something that im not doing right? i take it during all the recomended times and drink plenty of water.

Hey there...I know it gets hard sometimes...well let me ask are you doing any type of cardio?? Maybe if you track your exercise and food it will help you out...make sure you eat your veggies and fruits and plenty of water...keep at if for a month or two and see what happens. 4-5 pounds in 10 days is a lot. You don't want to go too fast and end up gaining it all back. slow and steady wins the race!

Try cutting your calories down to 1200 a day and increasing your exercise by 3 minutes a day. It should make a difference for you!
