i am on phen 37.5 i lost 14 the first month maybe more i mean once youlose 10 pounds you can feel the difference i still have to lose another 35 so i will keep going but i am so busy with my website i have not much time to work out be patient you will lose as long as you eat right and so not give up. started nov 18th 08 to today

Thanks for the support guys. I only take one pill a day.. 37.5 and I take it first thing in the morning. I took it on Friday for the first time and I read the warnings, so I took it right before I had to drive to a meeting. About an hour into the meeting I started feeling a little high or shall I say different. More like high though. It wasn't bad though. My meeting didnt end till 12:30pm so by the time I got back to the office I had missed breakfast. I ordered a slice of pizza and only ate 1/3 of it. I just really wasn't hungry. I drank lots of water and I also find that I want to smoke a lil more while im on the pill. I managed to eat a few handfuls of peanuts until it was 5 o'clock and the work day was over. I still wasn't hungry but forced myself to eat some baked chicken and rice and I washed that down with a half cup of lemonade and water. I didn't have any problems goin to sleep. I put on my ipod, listened to my audio book and was fine.

I woke up early this morning and went to the gym. I took the pill first and did 33 minutes on the Eliptical (including the cooldown) did some weight training and had some relax time in the sauna. After leaving the gym I went home and had to finish packing and moving out of my current apartment. I did it in a flash, cleaned my car on my own and it seemed like I could have just kept going. I did take a break and eat a fruit and walnut salad from McDonalds (only half I wasn't hungry) I been drinking lots of water all day. I finally ate again at about 8pm a half of steak and cheese sandwich. I had no side effects today and basically ate to keep myself from gettting sick. I know I ate some pretty bad stuff but it was only because I was eating on the go. Otherwise I would make better choices.

Well thats my update for now. I weighed myself today and realized that im not 225, but actually 210. I didn't even know
