I take the tablets, mine are 37.5mg with blue and white specs too. Totally normal no worries. I find the generics made me feel a little jittery at first, but I adjusted to them pretty fast.

As a side note, I love phentermine. Nothing worked for me until I found it, and since then I have been losing weight so fast! Not as fast as some of the people here, but I have not started an exercise program yet. Anyhow good luck, and give yourself time to adjust.
