Phentermine and benedryl

Is it ok to mix these two?

Depends. If you use one Benedryl for sleep aid, it is probably fine. Iffy, I'd guess, to mix the two because one works one way while the other fights it!

I've used benadryl (Tylenol PM) while on Phen because I was having trouble sleeping due to the phen. I didn't have any problems that I know of, but I took it rarely because I don't think it's good to have too many chemicals in your system at any one time or to take too many chemicals, in general.
