Hey all, I am not even sure that I have ever posted and i have been here for awhile. I started Phen 2.16.09 and until a month ago I lost about 28 lbs. THen it stopped working and I decided to take a month off. It worked well then entire 3mo I was taking it, then it just stopped.

I have one refill left, if I start taking it again, will my body have lost it's resistance and work again like it did in the beginning? I know everyone is different, but for the most part, should this work and help me lose my last 20 or so lbs? I am also thinking about asking my Dr. to write me another Rx for at least 3 more months.

I walk 4mi a day 4x a week (at least) and I am keeping my HR at the target Fat Burning Zone, so it is a great cardio workout and I have toned up well. I have also maintained my weight this last month without the Phen, I just need to get off this plateau for the last 20 lbs.

Thanks!

Good Job!

You might need a little boost to help you lose the remaining weight. The Zig-Zag approach helps most. Change the times you eat and vary the exercises and just shake things up. Eat 200+ calories one day and -200 calories the next. Exercise differently-maybe in the a.m. rather than p.m., that type thing. Eat breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast.

It really helps!

Awesome advice. For me its all about the metabolism. Once it slows down due to dieting, its important to rev it up again for a while.
