I'm trying to give it a good 2wks before i call the dr bc i really dont notice that much of a difference. I tried phen before and it killed my appet so i thought it'd have the same effect but no!

Instead i'm always hot, or sometimes have cold hands, headaches, & dizzy sometimes..but can still eat if u let me.

Shoot. Wouldn't you know? If you happen to know who made the batch you liked, you could always ask the pharmacist to order from that company, which they can often do.

On the other hand, each time you take a certain product, your reactions will be singular to that product.
For your sake, I do hope next month he/she will order a different brand!

That stinks that you sound uncomfortable, but you've already dropped 5lbs, so that's good!

I have no idea where the first batch came from... that was when i was going to a WL clinic. This time i got a script from the dr and filled it at the pharm. I really hope next batch will work better... not sure what to do about it.. any ideas???

yeah i guess.... just thought i'd would have done better.. but oh well, i'll take what i can get.

Hmmmmm? Lots of weight loss clinics have their own compounding pharmacies so you might want to contact them about the exact ingredients.

Tell your pharmacist you want a different brand next month and see if they will order from another company. Month to month they probably switch up manufacturers. Anyone else have an idea what to try?

It is true that sometimes certain brands don't have the same effect as the other. I was on phen once before in 2006 and my second prescription I got filled at a pharmacy I usually don't go to thinking I would save a few bucks, for some reason the pills didn't have the same effect as the first bottle that I purchased somewhere else and I didn't even finish taking them because I felt no effect at all. When I got my 3rd scrip filled back at my normal pharmacist it worked wonders and I could feel the effect again. So maybe you need to switch pharmacy's or like the mod said ask the pharmacist to switch the brand.
