Not working??

Ok i've been on phen before & it totally whipped out my appetite.. not this time. I still have a pretty healthy appetite, and have to make a conscience decision to not eat things, as opposed to before 2 bites would have me full.

Does anybody have any idea why? I just restarted 06/22 after getting a script from my dr.

Is there anything i can do to make it more effective?? That burst of energy.. gone... dry mouth.. none. Not sure what to do?

Hmmm...weird. Are you PMSing? I found that I do struggle when PMSing...

I am the same. When I am pms'ing there is no help for my appetite. I am usually embarassed of how I eat that whole week!

I think if I were you I would stick it out for two weeks, and at least let the meds get completely in to your system. If after the two weeks you still don't feel any difference, then I would call the Dr. and talk about maybe increasing your dosage. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

ya'll i never thought about that.. i ended my cycle last week. ... so maybe that's it? i dunno... i'll definetly wait and see how this week goes.

Hello...I am new to this forum and to Phentermine (30mg). I have been taking it for the past 10 days and have only lost 6 lbs. In all honesty, I have not started exercising yet- just really trying to eat healthy and obviously this has suppressed my appetite so not eating as much. I am discouraged at the slow progress. I would have thought with trying to drink 64 oz of water each day and my decreased appetite...my weight loss would be more that 6 lbs???

Any advise on the ones that have done this and succeeded?

I know that for about the first week and a half after i started taking phen I did not notice a change in my eating habits. I guess it took a minute to get into my system.

I would say that after about 2weeks the phen started to take its effect.
