I'm so sorry that you are not seeing the results you want...I'm not really sure about why you aren't, though.
What does the spinning class entail? I'm not really sure what that is, so I don't know how it would compare as far as exercise goes. Lifting weights is okay, but if you are going for weight loss, maybe you should try more cardio/toning type of exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you also might check to make sure you are not losing inches you aren't aware of because of the weight lifting.
The other thing you may or may not be doing is counting your calories...on average about 1200 to 1500 per day with lots of fruit and veggies included. The other is to make sure you are drinking at least 100 oz of water per day. If you are drinking any soda or stuff like that, that will also slow down weight loss.
I would say that if you are doing these things and still not seeing any results, you should talk to your dr. Maybe you should have them check your thyroid or some other things that may be hindering your ability to lose weight.
Hope it works out for you! Please let us know how it is going for you!
