Hi all,

I used to take Phentermine a couple of years ago and lost 40 lbs with diet & exercise as well. Once I gained back 20 lbs (after a year of keeping it off) I started taking Phentermine again but stopped because I was becoming depressed and had headaches all the time! Now that I totally gained those 40 lbs plus another 15! I decided to give the pill a chance again. Today is my first day and sure enough I have a headache and feel very lethargic. It doesnt help that I am super bored at work but...anyway, I want the great results but I dont want to feel like this all the time.

Is anyone else going through this and how can I make my tension headaches stop!!! I am about to take some Tylenol

Has anybody thought about combining Phentermine with an antidepressant? I have read that it is helpful for some people. Talk to your doctor for advice addressing this side-effect.

Hi, girl. Don't know if you saw my other post, but I had all your same side effects. My doctor said it was my blood pressure getting too high and sure enough it was when I checked it. I don't mean to be dramatic, but I really felt like I was going crazy. Right now I am experimenting with different dosage amounts. I highly recommend checking your blood pressure. That's something you can't mess around with.

you know i never thought about it being bp related! wow! i changed my dosage to half in the morning and half at night, and poof no depression. well its only day 2 of doing this, but i feel much better. im not lethargic either. i am still sleepy though. the sleepiness hits at night like 8 or 9 pm. and im a singer, so i have been trying to get my ass out to practice fo the semifinals im in for this karaoke contest. the dry mouth is the worst, i have to take cough drops and drink alot of water when i sing if i want to hit my notes.

Hi, I am so glad you're feeling better. I have actually cut back to a half pill and its great. I get the appetite control without the bad side effects. And my blood pressure is ok.

It was a long time ago, but half was just as effective for me, too.
