I got Phentermine 37.5mg online (they are white oval tablets with blue specks and have A159 on them). I started taking them yesterday. Whilst I have noticed that my appetite has most definitely decreased and I have been quite headachey I don't seem to have anything else that I've read people feel.

Some say they feel happier and much more energetic, yesterday I felt the same as usual and actually quite tired the whole day. I had to get up in the night and my head felt so heavy and I was very tired and I've awoken with slight headaches again. I know everyone is going to feel different, but I just wondered if others feel the same? I don't have a dry mouth or anything either, but I did drink 2 litres of water yesterday because I normally drink way too much Pepsi and am not going to do that whilst trying this drug so have replaced that with water.

I feel like what I actually consumed yesterday in food was quite an achievement in comparison to if I didn't take the pill, I did good on that front. I know I definitely don't have that desire to eat much at all so I guess that side of the drug is working???? People also say about increased heart rates etc, but I have none of those things. Is it possible for some people to just not have any noticeable side effects?? I only ask as the majority of stuff I read, well a huge percentage of people say they have issues with it!! Please advise. Thank you!!

Well, chances are since you ordered them online, they are probably fake phentermine. It is illegal to sell phentermine on the internet because it must have a dr prescription. That is probably why it is not working to your expectations.

I do know that normal 37.5 mg of phen are white caplet shaped pills, with blue specks, but mine have a different number on them, but that is not unusual if they are made by different companies.

Is there a reason why you cannot go to your dr to get the phen? I don't think that I would trust these online pharmacies that advertise having real phentermine, it cannot be real. And heaven only knows what kind of side effects you could have with them, or even what they really are! Please be careful! It is always best to go to your dr!

Good luck!

Oh silly me! I forgot that you are in the UK and cannot get the regular phentermine! Sorry!

Ok so forget all that about going to the dr, because I know you cannot...so that leaves how they make you feel....

There should be noticeable appetite suppressant...some even notice cravings for healthier foods like fruits while taking the phen I have heard, it should at least make making healthier food choices easier. I do notice an increase in energy, but usually not a tremendous amount, everyone is different there, I think. Dry mouth is definately something most people on the phen notice. Even if short term, there seems to be a tendency for it. An increased heart rate is not a good thing....although I see a lot of people tend to experience it at least for the first few days after starting the phen. I myself did not, but I did however notice a tendency to sweat like crazy, especially at first....not quite as easily now, but still some.

I don't know if this helps you or not....I hope that you are being very careful! It might help to keep a very detailed journal about how you are feeling and what you are eating. Sometimes you can get the headaches from your diet...either not enough calories or certain foods will cause them. It is good that you are drinking plenty of water...that will do a lot to help flush out your system also, and the lack of caffeine could cause temporary headaches.

Good luck to you! Keep us updated on how you are doing!

Hi! Most folks have those same experiences in not knowing what to feel. I took it early 2006 for several weeks and the ONLY way I could tell it worked is that I was able to diet and re-teach myself a healthy lifestyle. I hadn't been able to do that in 15 years....

And I had the headaches. I was told to take 1/2 a day and did so, which helped the headaches and still worked. Hungry? I am ALWAYS and always have been, HUNGRY.
