I began taking the phen 30 mg in April. My dr has me take it for 42 days then I am off it for 30 days. I am getting ready to go back on in a couple of days. Since I started in April, I have lost about 32 lbs. which I think is totally awesome, because nothing else has ever worked for me before.
As for side effects, the most common is the dry mouth. I think almost everyone experiences this, but the good thing about this side effect is that it makes it much easier to get the 80 to 100 oz of
water drank a day!! lol!! Some people also experience a boost of energy, not bouncing off the wall energy, but getting up and doing something instead of sitting and vegging out in front of the tv. Of course there is the appetite suppressant. When you first start taking the phen, some people have a really hard time with this because you almost have to make yourself eat. But it allows you to control your caloric intake every day. Optimum calorie intake should be around 1200 to 1500 calories per day. The phen makes it easier to do this.
There are some other side effects like shakiness or dizziness that can occur, but usually short term, or can be corrected by adjusting the mg of phen you are taking. Oh and there can be sweating. Yeah, I know, that doesn't sound very appealing, but I think it is how our bodies tell us that our metabolism is up and going. I'm not talking about sweating buckets, but you might find yourself sweating a little more than before while doing the same tasks.
I can't think of any others, but hopefully others will kick in and let you know about anything they may have experienced. All in all, phen has been a life saver for me. I have bad arthritis in my knees and this medicine has made my life so much better already. I can actually climb stairs without being in agony. (1 lb of
weight loss is equal to 4 lbs of pressure off of your knees) Any side effects that I have experienced have been mild and usually very short term. I did feel a little shaky the first few days after starting, but nothing too much, more like I had drank a few too many sodas.
I hope you learn all you want to. Phen is wonderful, it really is, and can help you to do wonderful things. But it isn't a magic pill, you still have to put in the work, but when you see the results, you will be so glad you did!
Have a great day!!
