Keith, no question is stupid. EVER.
It works like an amphetamine salt and raises BP, HRT and energy levels on many people. It does speed up the metabolism a bit.

It also has direct action on Seratonin levels in a chemical exchange in the brain. It helps us feel satisfied in many areas...life in general, amts to eat, etc. Dosage is critical.
