I have been taking phentermine 37.5 for 3.5 weeks. The first week was great! I had no appetite, lots of energy. The second week my appetite came back and some days I had energy and some days I did not. The past few days I have felt normal-no change in anything. Is it not working, could this be possible?

Yes, it can be possible. Everyone tends to get a little bit of resistance to the meds after a while. Some may go longer, and some may not go as long, it just depends. My dr has me on phen for 42 days and off for 30. At the end of the 42 days, I know that I am at the end of that cycle because the meds aren't working as well. When I start back on them after my 30 day hiatus, it is just like starting all over again.
