Hi guys...I just started taking phentermine 37.5 last Saturday and haven't noticed any changes. After reading the thread below and can only conclude that I'm taking it too early (at 6:00 AM). Any thoughts?

Hi, D! If you filled your prescription at your local pharmacy (there are NO online 'pharmacies' that sell ANY controlled drug without a written prescription), then I think you should phone them. What company makes them? wecan help identify them with thri imprints.

It's possible that you are taking it too early, but that depends on how late you stay up in the evening, also. I'm an early up, early to bed kind of person, so my best bet is to take something like this early.

Also, you could consider cutting it in 1/2 and taking 1/2 in the morning and the remaining 1/2 at lunchtime. Or for several people just the 1/2 in the morning is enough to get them through the day.

If you are not feeling any effects of the meds at all, check with your pharmacist..there are certain people who do not get along well with certain manufacturers, but if that is the case, the pharmacist should be able to help you there.

Qualitest is the manufacturer of tablets (50 | 30 scoring). As far as me taking the 37.5 mg. too early at 6 AM, I usually go to bed by 11 PM.

De, that is a good time to take it.

Be sure you take it with at least 4 ounces of water and nothing else for at least 30-45 minutes.

Do NOT skip breakfast.

Eat 5-6 times a day, about 200 calories a pop, and always include a protein source and lots of vegetables.

Eat strawberries or blueberries for a great-for-you fruit. Try for:
3, 1/2 c. servings of different fat free dairy
3, 1/4 c servings different whole grains
6, 1/2 c. servings different vegetables, no butter, no sauces
3, 1/2 c servings different berries
2,1/4 c servings different meats, poultry, fish
2, 1/8 c servings different nuts.
DAILY DRINK 60-100 OUNCES
WATER.
