Well, lets start with kat77's first...if you are only taking 1/2 a day and it is not working, it is perfectly safe for you to include the second 1/2 around lunchtime...some people take the whole thing in the morning, but some 1/2 in am and other 1/2 at lunch. You don't want to take it too late in the day because it could disrupt your sleep. Don't be disappointed, use that frustration to make some changes and keep trying. I'm betting that if you add the second 1/2 you will see results.
storiebook, I know that cutting out the caffiene made you feel like all you got was a headache, but I think that you really should cut it almost completely out....the headache is probably because you are addicted to it without being aware of it....once I stopped drinking so much caffiene, I really started to feel a lot better, not only in my body but in my mind also...you would be amazed by the bad affects to you from caffeine.
For both of you the best time to take the
37.5 is at least 1/2 hour before breakfast, and storiebook, I think if I were you I would try taking 1/2 in am and 1/2 at lunch too. It sure couldn't hurt to try to see if it might improve your success.
Even though I know you probably already know this, here goes my sermon! lol! Ideally, the right amount of calorie intake should be 1200 to 1500 per day. The best bet is to divide this up into several smaller snacks and mini meals throughout the day. Also, 80 to 100 oz of
water a day is very important. Not only will that help flush your body out, it also keeps your organs working properly. And, last but not least, is exercise. You should be doing at least 20 minutes of heart increasing exercise 3-5 days a week. Whatever the exercise is doesn't matter, as long as it increases your heart rate, and keeps it up for the duration of at least 20 minutes. I know you didn't really need for me to tell you these things, but I feel better now! lol!
Also, something you might try....write down EVERYTHING you eat for a week. Include every drink also, and at least an approximate calorie count of what you list. You might be surprised where some of your calories are coming from. And when you put it in black and white like that, it makes us more accountable for what we are eating. I had to do that too, because I was ignoring a few habit I had with late night snacking. Once I started really paying attention to everything that went in my mouth for several days, I saw what my biggest problem was. Sometimes it takes doing this to realize an area that needs a little more work.
I hope this helps you both. Please keep me updated on how you are doing.
Good luck!!
