What brands of generic Phen are working for you?

I am currently taking 37.5 Mg from Mutual Pharm. They do not suppress my appetite like in the past while on Phen from another manufacturer and they don't give me that nice "buzzy" feeling either. If anything, that make me feel foggy and tired. What brands have worked for you. I've called around to several pharmacies in my area and was told they stock Phen from Mutual Pharm, Lannett, and KVK Tech.

I use the 30 mg yellow capsule from Lannett. I have wonderful results with it. The only real difference between the 37.5 and the 30 is not the actual mg, but the fact that the 30 is a time release capsule and 37.5 is not. That is why they suggest cutting the 37.5 in half and taking it at two different times because then you basically get the same results as taking the 30 mg time release.

I was on the Mutual Pharm ones and didn't like them either... No energy, no buzz - REALLY slow weight loss. I just refilled at a new pharmacy (rite aid) and got Qualitest white/blue speckled v 50 30. Has anyone taken these? Any opinions?

I agree; everyone has their favorite. Unfortunately, it is hard to predict which you will respond best to. If I did it over (I used 1/2 a 37.5 mg per day) I'd try the 30 mg....IMHO

Has anyone seen an oval pill that is blank on one side and has K 25 on the other side? It doesn't have as many blue speckles as I'm used to seeing, and quite honestly looks like a breath mint! I got them from a clinic--they keep theirs at the clinic and the label doesn't say what mfg. they are, just the clinic name and a lot # and an expiration date.

Also, the sticky topic above...titled something like "Brand Guide" has a link that does not work for me. Any suggestions?

I would ask the clinic for more information about what they are giving you...there should be some sort of consumer information that they could provide, even if it is just a photocopy of their information. I would ask for it just for my own peace of mind.

Are they working for you? It would be interesting to see what they are giving.

I will check out the brand guide link and see if I can get it to come up...I will let you know what I find out.

I just started the 37.5 gm generic from KVK. They seem to be working well but, as I said, I JUST started.

I also took the 37.5mg from Mutual Pharm and had very little success. I was starving! It was a very drastic change from what I was taking before. I wasn't happy with it, so my Dr. wrote me a new script for 30mg.
