dr suggested to me a long time ago....either wear cotton or a panty liner. Since he recommended that I have not had one since. I switched to cotton. It is something about the material that sometimes causes infections because of the breathabilty of the fabric. I don't know that that is what keeps me from having them anymore, but I'm not going to take any chances! lol!

My dr told me the same thing. I haven't had one since either. I will stick to my cotton granny panties to prevent the icky side effects I get from the metronidazole.

You little chickies worrying about your odor. Sounds so sweetly precious. Don't know why!

In the mornings I usually eat 1/2 container of no-sugar-added, vanilla, Publix yogurt. It contain live cultures that help you stay away from yeast infections.

I mix my Kashi-Go-Lean-Crunch with it...YUM.

My Mama says the same thing about the cotton or liners.

i have never heard of publix yogurt, i wonder if we have that brand here in indiana. i have been drinking the yogurt smoothies from aldis made with splenda so i was shocked when i got this. isnt it live acidophulus cultures that helps that. ok and that is spelled way wrong. i wonder if i bought some if that would help.

you know on the subject of the damn yeast infection, i was reading to use povidine iodine in water to cleanse you out. (i dont want to be graphic lol) so far that has helped IMMENSLY. i dont feel like i have poisen ivy THERE anymore. i found it on a natural herbal site, so far it has given me more relief then the cream. the site said to use for 7 days. you can also use peroxide in water as well. the things us women have to go through when you change something around in your body. maybe i should try a diabetic diet. i dont crazy on sugar, but i have been eating those 100 calorie packs when my sugar has dropped. anyway here is the link.
