the BEST side affect, and other strange side affects anybody experience these?

Ok good side effects from phen:

- weight loss
- hair seems shinier
- and unlike other "diets" my weight is distributing better losing all over..

bad side effects:

- bad breath
- nails seem to be breaking or splitting
- mood changes

I agree with those good and bad ones....especially the bad breath...comes with the extremely dry mouth.

I think that they weight loss is the absolute BEST side effect! Can't argue the results we are seeing on the scale!

I am starting to notice going to restroom alot more and drinking more water as mouth is super dry.

ya my weight loss has been all over too!! i forgot about the bad breath!! my nails always split and my skin cracked, i think in my genetics will lack vitamin e. yep on the mood changes. people have told me i get hyped up and madder easier on phen.

ABSOLUTELY! but have to admit my hair grown long and fast is a high second on that list!
