5 days and counting (on Phentramin)

Today has been going very well!!! There was only one problem...I truly was not hungry. I had to force myself to eat. It was hard...mostly because of all the research that I have done, and knowing that I NEED to eat to lose weight in a healthy way and to keep it off. I am very happy with what is happening in my life. I truly feel that I am conrtolling something in my life that is so precious. I can't wait to continue on this journey of a true life change. I am excited to do tae bo again!!! I also feel that the phentramin is truly working. Thanks again guys!
