I had been taking Phentermine to control my appetite. My prescription ran out and I was unable to order a refill because of the recent changes to laws regarding online prescriptions. I read Ian's review of Phentramine and decided it was worth trying. I started taking it the day following my last Phentermine pill. I took one pill in the morning and was craving food (and eating ridiculous amounts of it!) before lunch time. I was also incredibly tired. I have gained 10 pounds in the past 14 days that I've been off of Phentermine and taking Phentramin. It doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm starting to feel depressed about the weight gain and tiredness. I am not sure what my plan is for getting back on track with my weight loss goals.

Do not give up! A friend of mine did the same thing when she got off of phen. Try taking a couple of days or a week off of both of them to kind of restart your body. Then go back on the phentramin and maybe that will work for you. I know that you hear this all the time but drink lots of water and maybe that will help the flush out.

Ktm-what you are feeling are the withdrawl symtoms of stopping phentermine abruptly. It's something that you should gradually take yourself off of by cutting the dosage in half for a while, then every other day, then half that, etc. You probably will feel fatigued for a couple of weeks. It could take up to a month before you feel like your old self again. After that you should try starting the phentramin and I'm sure you will feel like you're more in control. In the meantime get as much rest/sleep as you can.

Aw, KTM; sorry you have had a hard time. Did you make certain things become habits while you were on the phentermine? Did you drink lots of water, eat several times a day, count calories, have a food journal? Eat protein at every mini-meal? I think it helps to keep as many habits focused toward good health as much as you are able.
YOU CAN TAKE THIS THING AND CONTROL IT!!!! I will be thinking of you and anxious to hear again what you will be trying.

Jamie! Good for you, Hon. I love your journal!

Well I just started taking Phentramin 4 days ago. I am not sure how much weight I have lost yet because I don't have a scale. Going to buy one today though So far, I feel really great. I have a sister-in-law taking Phentermine and she has lost 26 pounds in 8 weeks!!! I couldn't get a script so I bought Phentramin directly from Lazarus Labs! I can say after visiting this sight that I will definitely be buying from here!!! I have a quick question though....Does anyone know if Phentramin should be affecting your bowels? Gross question I know, but I had to ask!!!

I will post again once I buy my scale!
