It is so important to eat or else your body will go into starvation mode and be a lot harder for you to loose weight and be able to maintain it.

Try and eat around 200-300 calories every 2-3 hours, I personally have found protein based snacks (1 hard boiled egg, few slices of cold meat, 1/4 can tuna etc) much easier than facing a daungting huge meal.

Water is also so important.

KillerKatana, I'm sorry to hear that Phentramin isn't working as well for you now as when you started. Would you mind sharing your review of it on THIS page? We need both positive and negative reviews to help people get a good idea of whether Phentramin is right for them. I don't want it all skewed-positive, you know?

I wil post on that page Ian, I would like to give it some more time though, as for all the griping i did yeaterday, today it seems to be working, so im still taking them.

Asutterly i have not taken any kind of pills for along time, not even sure what an amphetamine is LOL..

The occasional advil, but nothing else
