rolitaboo you might want to change that breakfast to something less concentrated with fat and simple carbs. If you switch to something cleaner/healthier you should experience more weight loss.

Hmmm....I've been lurking back for about 2 months now waiting to see some reviews of phentramin before I order. I haven't had any luck with losing weight since my prescription before the ban, but there's so much stuff out there I've been willing to wait. C'mon you guys! Let's see some results posted....
Every diet pill out there has a few people paid to tout it's efficiency, but I was really counting on this site, where I've already become familiar with the posters, to decide whether or not to plunk down the cash-because it's too easy to waste hundreds before you find something that really works.
I laugh out loud every time i see Carmen Electra promoting NV, since that woman has probably NEVER looked in the mirror and even caught a fleeting glimpse of a cellulite dimple.....but to see some of the long time posters here rave about something would sell me a product in a heartbeat.

Well, I agree with you totally but I decided to go and buy phentramin to try for myself. I should recieve it soon.

I don't think hearing "testimonials" from new people here are very tempting. I mean maybe these people truely are losing weight with this product, but when I see a testimonal from someone with 2 total posts I just can't take it to heart. I need to see people who have been here for a long time saying it's great and that it's working.

I agree with you about the testimonial issue. I hope that eventually some of these people who are ordering and submitting their testmonials will actually participate in the forums like you do. Otherwise it doesn't mean much.

I'm trying to figure out some way to motivate people to send in their before and after pictures for REAL proof, not just some words, you know? Any ideas?

Well maybe work something out with the company for a discount on their next order? or maybe you could give them an incentive, like membership to your program...

I tore up my only big weight picture when I moved out of my parents house years ago. :( I kindof eh.... avoided cameras A LOT. Basically I hated my face like no other. And my legs.

Besides I never took any diet pills except for the ONE day I tried Phentramin and gave that review. Sorry to disappoint! lol What about before/afters of when I was skinny vs now that I work out 6 days a week?

Me too, Ian. I have avoided cameras like the plague during my heavy times.
I agree with Sara on the number of posts, too. Reviews from long time posters would definitely pack more advertising power on this site, even without pictures. You get to know people in a forum, and it's alot easier to trust their word than some airbrushed photo of a person you've never met.
I like the idea about the company offering a discount on the next order if you give a review. Maybe you can pass the word along? They may be willing to offer a discount for those that allow them to use their reviews or before/after pictures in their advertising.....Or maybe they would be willing to choose a few people to be the "guinea pigs" here for some market testing to show weekly results and an ad/tracker in their siggy?
