So....the mods let me know that I could only keep a "journal" under the "journals" section, which is for paying
members only (which I am not) so in leu of posting my
journal here, I will post my weekly weigh ins. (see the link in my signature for my journal)
I weigh in on friday mornings to track my progress. I have also been taking body measurements because I know sometimes the scale may not say you lost, but your body measurements say you do (and im really hoping I measure in the same place each time so im not getting skewed results). And as females, there are also times of the month that we tend to bloat and hold
water and other nasty things like that, so again, the scale may lie!!!
As of now, I havent really incorporated a regular exercise schedule into my
weight loss program. Once the pollen count here lowers (currently in the five thousands) I want to start walking my dog in the evenings. She's fat and needs the exercise, so I thought her and I could get slim and trim together!!! Currently, I bowl for 1.5-2 hours (5 games) at least once a week, and also occasionaly take my dogs for walks and to the dog park on weekends. I have also been attempting to play tennis once a week, but it's been tough because my tennis partner (aka my boy friend) has been working lots, so there hasnt been as much time. I will post when I start to include a regular exercise program.

Weight: 137.2 (2.6 lbs lost)
Measurements:
-Arms: 12" each
-Bust: 36"
-Waist: 29" (1in lost)
-Hips: 38"
-Thighs: 22" each (1in total lost)
Notes:
- TOM is starting this weekend, so weight may be reading a little high. This is usualy the case, and I will drop 1-3 lbs in a few days after it starts. I also tend to be bloated, so measurements may drop as well.
- Not as happy with the loss, was hoping for more, but still excited that im making progress!!!
