How big are the Phentramin pills? It seems like most diet pills are giant and I have a really hard time taking pills, let alone big ones. Thanks!!

I take phentramine ( dif than phentramin). My are capsules and I don't know about phentramin but I guess they are capsules.
Try wetting your throat and put your head back and with your 2 fingers put the capsule back as far as you can and drop it and drink the water or milk.
Just remember to hold the narrow part first so that you don't take it width wise.

Or else you could open it in a spoon of diet jelly and take it that way.
Hold your nose and swallow. (Just kidding about that Part.)

If it is a capsule, you could always open it and mix with something like applesauce or pudding. Any way to get it down!

I don't think that PHENTERMINE pills or capsules are big. But natural weight loss pills always seem much bigger.

Someone please post and let us know whether the Phentramin is a large capsule encasing a brown powder or are they gelcaps? As far as taking them, maybe you could try a 1/2 inch slice of banana and push the pill into the middle of it...

Phentramin is a large (by my standards) gel type pill.

That's Exactly what I used to get my dog to take his pill...
it made me laugh.
