I am happy to report that after being on Phentramin for 11 days I have dropped 3 1/4 inches off of my waist!! The only thing I am not happy with is the scale. It fluctuates too much!!! But the tape measure isn't lying

I loved measuring myself and seeing the inches gone... YOU GO GIRLFRIEND!

wow you are doing great! that is awsome. dont worry about the scale as long as your clothes are fitting differnt your going great!

Kristi, that is great! We are all proud of you. I think we have ALL experienced that before, where we couldn't just rely on one indicator. You would never do that with the stock market, would you? Then don't do that to Kristi!
