They are like a gel cap...not hard...and they are pretty big...I usually put it in the back of my mouth so it seems easier to swallow. Hope this helped!

YOURS were GELCAPS?? Mine were large capsules with a very light brown powder in them. Somebody helppppp! Were they changed?
