Well when I joined this group 3 weeks ago I had stated I wanted to lost 30 or 35 lbs. To date I have lost 7 inches from my waist, 5 1/2 inches from my hips and a total of 19 pounds!!!!! The weight literally is dropping off every single day!! It is so amazing!! For the first time in 5 years I didn't wear a shirt and shorts into my pool. I just wore my bathing suit!!! My son told me I was pretty today and my judgmental grandmother told me I looked great!!! So, I am NOW looking forward to my trip. I have another 23 days till I leave and I hope I won't plateau!! So..wish me luck on the next 15 lbs.!!!!!!

BAM! Kiki, you are doing so well and I can just see your eyes so happy with your weight loss. I wound up smiling all through reading your post!

VIP: You MUST make your body eat the right kinds of foods during THIS time while there's so much positive energy and willpower. Think about it--wasn't that a huge obstacle for each of us? We didn't train ourselves years ago and then when we went back to normal food consumption, we gained it all back. YIKES!!! ( I am preaching to myself, Hon. Sorry to hijack your post!)
