Hi,

I am 28 and I weigh 224 (as of last night's weigh in). I started taking 30mg phen - yellow pill that says A160 on it. I got it from us-pills.com. 90 day supply. Started taking them as soon as they arrived - Sat. Came DHL. So, this is day 3 for me. Not sure if I lost any weight yet b/c i just weighed myself last night. I guess i'll try again next Sat.

I chose the 30 mg. I am also taking b complex (not sure if this is the same as b12 pills) along with it b/c this also came highly recommended.

What I am doing so far:

I have switched to decaf coffee and half a can of regular coke. Is this ok?

I am also trying to drink more water, but I prefer gatorade or vitamin water!! Is this ok?

Taking 30mg phen - yellow pill that says A160 on it. I got it from us-pills.com. Anyone else? Success stories? Pls. share.

I don't think I have lost any weight since sat, but I do find that i am not as hungry. I did not snack at all this weekend and that is not like me at all! In fact the snacking has been my downfall...

I am not yet working out b/c I don't want to over do it... That's also my downfall...I tend to 'jump' into it and lose momentum quickly. Is this ok?

I do not plan to change what I eat, just how MUCH of it I eat. Is this ok?

Yes, I do plan to have an apple a day...(cause it's obvious I have not been doing so)

My goal says 150, but really, I just wanna be under 200 and I hope I can do so b-4 the 90-day supply is done. Is this possible?

150 is like the dream weight goal...

Can anyone relate? Has anyone had success within these parameters so far? Anyone wanna buddy?

Hope to hear from some of you soon...

D.

This is the PhenTRAmin review. I think you are talking about PhenTERmine?!! Is that what you are taking? Also, it is illegal to buy PhenTERmine over the internet. You actually need a script. Let us know more info.

Ok Apple D. and welcome. Good for you for making that first step. But like Kiki mentioned this section is for PhenTRAmin users not PhenTERmine users. The best place to post about PhenTERmine is on either of these two sections: http://www.phenforum.com/forum/phentermine/ or http://www.phenforum.com/forum/phentermine-reviews/ there are plenty of member who will give their insight including me.

So I am going to throw it out on the table for you how I see it since you asked.

"I have switched to decaf coffee and half a can of regular coke. Is this ok? "

* First off if you are really serious about losing weight. PLEASE, PLEASE DITCH ALL SODA Soda is one of THE WORST THINGS THAT YOU CAN INGEST. I don't even know why they make it. Soda is one of the reasons why children today are overweight. Decaf coffee is fine. I use to drink two cups a day and have since dropped it down to one cup once or twice a week. Some people just need that "java' in the AM believe I understand.

"I am also trying to drink more water, but I prefer gatorade or vitamin water!! Is this ok? "

* Kudos to you for upping your water intake. First off. Water intake is one of the KEY ELEMENTS IN LOSING WEIGHT. Gatorade I think is crap (but your chatting with a person who solely drinks only water or skim milk when eating cereal or having my weekly cup of java.) So I am biased. BUT Gatorade I would only really suggest drinking if you're doing some type of "hard core workouts" to replenish your electrolytes that you have lost sweating. Other than that I really don't see a need to drink that stuff. 8 fluid ounces of that stuff is 50 calories!! That's a lot if you're going to count calories and adds up during the day. Why not try Crystal Light while you're working your way up to 8-10 (8 oz.) glasses a water per day. The vitamin water I am not familiar with so I can't really comment on that. But do yourself a favor and get rid of the Gatorade. I know I sound like a nag but every thing that you put into your mouth will add up...

"Taking 30mg phen - yellow pill that says A160 on it. I got it from us-pills.com. Anyone else? Success stories? Pls. share. "

* This is a link that is located on this site that should help you out. http://www.phenforum.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=507 To get there use this link: Phentermine Types And Brands Guide Now I don't know if you know but it is now illegal to buy ANY TYPE of drugs that require a doctor's prescription via online pharm. since Jan, 2007. That is not to say that you cannot get them online, you can. But you are taking your chances because you don't really know what you're getting. If the pills expiration date has come and gone, hidden charges, etc.

Believe me we have all been there. Including myself. I brought Phentermine online years ago (without a problem) and just recently brought them AFTER they became illegal too because I was too afraid to ask my physician. BUT in the end and for my peace of mind (and my husband) I went to my physician and he gladly prescribed them to me. Have you even approached the subject with your doctor? **Most physicians**will prescribe phentermine if your BMI is in the range of obese and overweight. Just that alone helps out getting it legit. I would take that route so you can be monitored especially if this is your first time taking them. You do know a lot of doctors and/or weight loss clinics give you an EKG test, blood work prior to handing them out to make sure everything is ok.

But to answer your question about the A160 they are legit. I have taken the same ones. But the question is are they still good or have they expired?? I have never dealt with us-pills so I can't give you an opinion about them. BUt I do know the FDA is cracking down on the online pharm. big time one day there here and the next they are gone. Just recently in Georgia (I believe it was) the DEA confiscated tons of phentermine pills that would out for delivery.

"I am not yet working out b/c I don't want to over do it... That's also my downfall...I tend to 'jump' into it and lose momentum quickly. Is this ok?"

Ok have you ever worked out? I don't know how tall you are so I don't know the ratio of your weight to your height which is important. Also what is your body type? Do you have a small, medium or large frame? That is also another a key factor in coming up with a REALISTIC GOALone that you can MAINTAIN FOR THE REMAINDER OF YOUR LIFE I would love to be 115 or 120 but I am a very muscular gal (a former gymnast and cheerleader) w/ a medium to large build. So it is unrealistic of me to try to get to 115/120. I would not be able to maintain it. It's impossible because of the way "I am built". So I have to be happy with 125/130 which is more of a psychological battle for me.

Ok so to determine what "type of body frame" you have and where you should be check out these sites: MedlinePlus Medical Encyclopedia: Calculating body frame size or Body Frame Calculator for all Body Shapes Once you determine what you are then you can come up with a realistic goal then you can incorporate some exercises. Now is it ok not to exercise. Well I personally say no. I feel like crap when I don't physically and mentally. That does't mean you have to start out with a 10 mile run or do the circuit training, etc. especially if you have pretty much been sedentary for a good part of your life. You need to start out small. When there is an elevator or stairs. Get off a floor below where you're suppose to be and take a flight of stairs. Park your car far away from the shop entrance where you are going and walk. Try to incorporate some type of activity into your program if you really want this. even if it's a 10 minute walk. Build it up 10 15 minutes in two weeks then 30 and so on..... It's hard, I know. We have all been there and are still there including myself. But this is something that you have to WANT.We can give you all the information possible but it's up to you to take action.

"I do not plan to change what I eat, just how MUCH of it I eat. Is this ok?"

Well Apple D I am sorry to say that if you don't plan on changing what you eat, just how much of it I really don't know how successful you will be truthfully. Is it ok? I would have to say No. Many times we think we're eating healthy but most of the times when you take stock of what you are REALLY PUT INTO YOUR MOUTH (KEEPING A CONCISE FOOD DIARY turns out the choices we make are not good. I don't know. Perhaps you do eat perfectly healthy but it's just the portions?? But I do know drinking soda and have gatorade are not good choices for weight loss. So before you say you're not changing what you're eating why don't you start a food diary and keep track of everything little thing that passes through your lips along with the calories and amount. I am sure you will be surprised. I bet you will see that some choices that you make are not the best ones. And one you keep a food diary you will think first before you eat it, believe me. keeping a good food diary places it in front of your brain not on the backshelf.

"My goal says 150, but really, I just wanna be under 200 and I hope I can do so b-4 the 90-day supply is done. Is this possible?"

I am not going to tell you what you can and cannot do. But have you done the math? That is 74 lbs. in three months, 90 days!! That comes to like 1.2 lbs. a day!! 8.4 lbs. a week!! You really need to sit down and take it from a realistic view Apple D. First off losing that much weight - THAT FAST would not be healthy -- AT ALL!! Second your skin wouldn't know how to adjust so fast and you would be left a lot of sagging skin. You definitely DON'T WANT THAT!! Because sagging skin after a significant amount of weight loss in that of short time cannot be reversed.. Again I am not going to tell you what you can and cannot do but I will tell you what is realistic and I personally do not think it is possible. There are so many things to consider --- plateaus, building muscle (if you decide to incoporate some type of exercise program) getting water weight from your period.. I wish we can all lose fast like that -- me included. But I just don't think it's possible. REMEMBER: SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE and believe me I hate that saying...But it's soooo true. I had a plateau where my weight did not change for two weeks!! I was at 147 for weeks on end (at least it felt like it) and finally 146!! Now mind you I have been doing this since April 20th and my total loss to date has been 20 lbs.! Some people lose weight faster, some lose it slower. It all depends on the individual. I still have 18 lbs. to go and it will be three months this Friday for me..(my 90 days!)

Well I hope I was able to help you out. This is a great site with lots of information and LOTS OF GENUINE, WARM PEOPLEwho have the same goal in mind as you -- losing weight. I am sure you will do GREAT!! But keep your feet on the ground with your time frame and weight loss too. Set mini goals of 10 lbs. for yourself. Keep a food diary to start off with to see what you actually do eat (and don't change it for that week so you can get an idea) then change the following week and you will see a difference. Up your water and take a stroll for 10 minutes each day. Little changes like those make the big differences down the road... Good luck and keep us posted.

Cheers,
Nylon.

Hi apple- Welcome. You sound like you are a little new to dieting (I may be wrong) but in any case you made the all important first step and decided to do something about it. The diet pill you have has helped a lot of people lose a lot of weight. When you take it, you will be less hungry and less interested in food so take full advantage of that and make healthier food choices. Nix the regular soda and gatorade, drink as much water as you can,add some Crystal Lite if you need to, try to walk more/move more in your regular day to day and keep posting!

Apple, everyone is right when they say quit drinking all of the soda and even Gatorade. Have you looked to see how many calories are in a Dr. Pepper? 1 12 FL oZ can contains 150 calories!!! That is crazy when you consider eating 6 small meals a day at 225 calories each!! Also, Gatorade contains a whole bunch of sodium which in my case makes me bloat!! So, just drink Crystal Light. They have so many varieties now, some with energy boosts and they are only 5 calories a pack!! It helps me with my sugar cravings that I get occassionaly. Hope this helps. P.S. I didn't mean to be rude when I said this forum was for PhenTRAmin only. It just would be better for you to post on the Phetermine Forum so your answers can be more accurately answered.
