Ok ladies, this is day #3 for me on Phentramin. Hmmm, the goods and the bads.... well, my appetite is suppressed, but not as much as when I was on the Phentermine (but hey, we have to remember it's not phentermine- but an alternative), I am not nervous/jumpy, but I can feel my heart racing (caused by the caffeine/green tea), usually this will ease over time, so I will see. My heart rate is not elevated enough to be concerned though (norm range is b/w 68-80, mine is 90ish) thank goodness, but just a weird feeling- like you've been exercising for a well and can feel your heart race I guess you can say. It actually makes me a little sick to my stomach, I am not sure if this was just yesterday "me", or the pills making me feel like this. I will have to see today. (I haven't taken my morning dose yet) So that's my experience so far. At least I feel I am getting some positive effects. Just wish it was like a "Phentermine undercover"..hehe Anyone else feel the same?

bubbysma, are you taking it on an empty stomach? Are you feeling dizzy along with the heart racing?

I'm glad you are monitoring your rate.

How did it go for you today?

And good news that it helping with your appetite. Yup, I'd love a product that was Phentermine "undercover"!

I think my body is adjusting, today I didn't have that "heart racing" feeling. It still curbed my appetite thank god!!
I wasn't feeling dizzy, just like my heart was running a marathon! And yes, I did take it on an empty stomach, I did what it said to do though. Maybe since it was "first thing in the am", even before I had my usual caffeinated beverage? I dunno. But today was an okay day, just didn't have the will power to resist some cocunut cake though

Hey! Great! I'm glad to hear it has suppressing effects on appetite, that's awesome.

Ooops...see, I haven't tried it. I appreciate learning about it.

Since I have no idea of the chemical action of the product, I wouldn't want to suggest anything different that would change the success you are having with it.
I take my meds first thing in the morning too, with coffee. But I don't know how that would go if I drank it black. Maybe a little soymilk in your coffee would help?

If its not bothering you anymore, though, no need to fix it.

CoCoNut CAKE!!!!!!

Don't feel bad! I don't think I could resist if my mouth was wired shut

...just a little sliver?

Thanks, I will try the soy milk and see.

I can't do a sliver of cocunut cake! I see it in the fridge every time I open it and steal a bite. Half the cake is gone! (ok, my son and mom has helped eat a little of it) hehe

*lol*!!! its good to have help

Well I did the "sliver" thing one afternoon, chatting with a girlfriend. In the middle of a sentence, I'd get up (every 5 minutes or so) for another "sliver". She finally yelled,

"For Pete's sake, cut a fourth of that coconut cake and sit down! You are driving me crazy!"

Man! I hate to hear that about your tummy but am really glad you contributed that it does suppress your appetite. The Green Tea and Hoodia in it help with that, especially.
Several folks have complained it gave them tummyache. There are so many metabolism boosters and appetite suppressors in Phentramin it makes it difficult to guess which causes you the problem. I think I would take it with more than 8 ounces of water and a small amount of food. Hopefully, that will help the digestion without affecting its help for you!

So today's been a week, I've been trying to cut back on my goodie addiction..hehe, walking every pm about two miles w/ my mom, and my appetite is still suppressed. But now, I gained two freegin more lbs! And I am a tad bit pissed! haha. Probably fluid w/ the heat, me drinking a lot of water, eating Na+, but geez....somethings gotta give! haha I don't have that energy surge anymore, but I am wondering if that is b/c I am so addicted to caffeine anyway, that it didn't remarkably phase me like it would others? I'm not sure. But I am sticking with it ladies and will keep you all posted. Thanx for the great support!
