well i bought some phentrmin came friday morning it does seem like it works not very hungry my first day felt pretty good heart was racing like I've ran 10 miles 2nd day heart was back to normal does give some extra energy but not as much as phentermine i'll give it a thumbs up. been hesitant about buying but on Wednesday i seen a freind that i havent seen in 4 months lost alot of weight with dessert burn hoodia so i thought i'll give phentramin a try. glade i did

I have heard another friend of mine say she thinks it may have been so effective for her because she always stayed away from caffeine, so is inclined to believe that has a BIG effect on her. She lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks!

sorry about the late reply, only spend a couple hours a week on the computer. but it's been day 4 still not eating alot seems to be still working. feels like i lost some but i think it is water. i'll keep everyone informed ,
