Day 4 on Phen-D

So is this 1 week today? How many calories are you eating a day? Do you think the phentermine might be the way to go now?

Honestly, I am not sure how many calories I am eating a day. I am doing WW but since it's that TOM, I am slacking but not eating junk!

Definately phentermine is better! I never wanted to eat while I was on that!

I know! I never want to eat when I'm on it either. I wish they would put it in the water like fluoride!

Ugh, hearing this is making me bummed! I just ordered the phentramine d last night. I took Bontril last summer and it didn't really give me much energy - but it was extended release. I am soooooo desperate to lose weight! If the phentramine-d doesn't work, I'll probably go to the weight loss clinic and get the phentermine, but they said "the dr. isn't available" and they don't know when he will be....kind of weird.

That's strange......he's not available for how long? Is this the only doctor in your area who writes prescriptions for weight loss pills?

The phen d may still help curb your appetite, you never know.

The Bontril that you took before, was it the 105mg, brown and white capsule?

I tried calling some places in my actual city, and they are no longer in biz. They didn't say how long he wasn't available for either. I asked the receptionist, "is it going to be months?" and she said it could be, but she didn't say why. I figured I'd try the phen-d in the meantime. The bontril I took was the brown and white. I also tried Miracle burn recently, and that gave me NO energy whatsoever.

I know what you mean about the energy.....it's hard to come by with OTC products.
Maybe you should get an appointment with this doctor anyway.....you might as well secure a place in line. In the meantime try the phen d and see. Maybe you could check out some sites that sell ephedra. It can help when you need a little extra energy.

The only thing about ephedra is the shakes! It works really well but that is a bad side effect
