yes, but it seems most people have been taking the herbal one. I also read the good reviews on this site before I purchased it. I've just tried SO MANY other things and nothing has really helped. The only thing that really worked for me in the past was xenadrine when it had ephedra. I'm really anxious to try this!

You sound as excited as I am! I began today with Phen-d. and am looking forward to my body changing!! I can tell you this: it feels like a "switch" has turned on. I am not constantly craving food! (*how nice is that??) Prescription Phen did that to me too, so Yeah!!! I am so ready!!

Start a journal girl, and keep in touch with this forum, it really helps keep us motivated!

Susan, I have been looking for ther article or whatever that Ian did on Phen tolerance, and cannot find the response where you had the attached file, can you post again, or direct where on the website I would find this?
