I don't know. I am not terribly overweight, but I do have a few pounds to lose. I find that Phentermin-D doesn't have as many side effects as Phentermine did, but it is taking a bit longer to lose the weight. I guess it depends on what you have access to and how much you want to pay.

When I was taking it, I was only taking one/day. I know that is not what you are supposed to do, but honestly, I always forgot to take the 2nd one!
I am thinking about starting it up again, & finishing up the bottle that I have, & take TWO/day instead of just one, & then see if I like it any better than what I did at first ...

SS, it should not be, but can possibly be. Take it with 10-12 ounces of plain water and that should help. Perhaps trying 1/2 a tablet for a few days, gradually increasing to 1 per day. Let me know how I can help--PM me and I will help tomorrow when this dang headache is gone.

You know the problem with phentermine is that the effect wears off after a while so it is not really a good long term solution...i am hoping that phen-d works better for me....

Well the only long term solution unfortunately is changing to better eating habits drinking lots of water and exercise.

Why couldn't we all be born to be skinny.

Keep us updated on the phen-d. I hope it works for you. You should start up your own journal like alot of us have. That way it is easier for members to keep track of your progress.

I agree with you 100 percent. I have been on Phentermine for a while now. My weight keeps going up and down. I hate that. I want to get it all off and be done.
How has the Phentramin D worked for you? I'm thinking of trying it. Which one do you like better? Thanks, Rhonda
